Bike Handling Skills Clinic for Triathletes

Build cycling confidence with the experts from Source Endurance to learn how you can not only become a safer more efficient cyclist but also how you can pick up free speed on your next triathlon. Bike handling skills are critical for any cyclist to master and are a lot of fun to learn. Source Endurance teaches you how to control your bike as well as negotiate various types of terrain and situations with the confidence and skill of a professional. No matter what level athlete you are you will leave these clinics a better cyclist.

These clinics are held at Zilker Park where we learn the basics of bike handling such as:

  • Balance and weight distribution on your bike
  • Cornering and counter weighting skills
  • Descending skills
  • Feed Zone and on the bike nutrition skills
  • Obstacle avoidance maneuvering
  • Transition Skills
  • Bike Skills Games (more fun than you’ve ever had on a bike!)
  • Learn take home skills and drills for continued development

Each session is limited to 15 athletes to ensure a 5:1 athlete:consultant ratio.

Clinics will be held at 6pm and are 90-120min long. We will meet at Barton Springs in front of the ticket office.
