Cotter takes 4th overall with 3:59 at 70.3!
SE elite athlete James Cotter took a huge 4th overall today at the Rhode Island 70.3. Cotter posted a blazing 3:59 over the hilly course to take a top five spot in a stacked field. His next race is the Spirit of Racine 70.3 next weekend.
