10-14 hour workdays with a workout on each end, hey, it worked for two months. The swims and the bikes got slower (the run couldn’t get much slower and still be called “run”). Three weeks more of the same work and necessarily fewer workouts to recover. A gradual return to intensity (with less volume) for two more months, and, with 12 lbs. less on my body, I completed my first triathlon this past weekend. I very much look forward to more! Thanks so much to Kelly and also to Derick, Dave, Brandon, and Peggy. I really appreciate all the help.
