Congrats to SE athlete David Potter (Joe’s Pro Bikes) for making the jump from the Cat 4’s to the Category 3 field. Just a few days after his upgrade, he will be taking on a deep Pro/1/2/3 field at this weekend’s Rocky Mount Stage Race in Shreveport, Louisiana. SE wishes Good Luck!
