ROTW from one of the most prominent race weekends of the year goes to a rider who wins 1/3 of the races she enters. Billye Jo Sanders from the Sugar Cycles team has been in the sport of road cycling for well, well under a year and has entered three road races. On her third ever time toeing the start of a USAC event at day two of La Primavera a Lago Vista, she won the Cat4 women’s race. Welcome to the winner’s circle, Billye Jo!
